Commissioner Stamper made a motion to add three items: a proclamation for National Adoption Day, a
resolution to list the bids received and contractor selected for the purchase of six pursuit-rated vehicles
and a resolution to approve the renewal of an annual contract with Pacific Northwest Forensic
Pathologists – to the day’s agenda.
Commissioner Jackson seconded.
Motion passed 3-0.
Commissioner Stamper said he has been unable to reach the new PUD manager about LTAC.
The commissioners said Friday, Dec. 21, would work for the Solid Waste Disposal District meeting.
The commissioners approved the proposed 2019 holiday closure list.
The group discussed possibly closing early on Dec. 24.
Becky Butler said the FTR Gold audio recording system in the hearing room needs to be replaced. She
said the replacement would cost $2,700.
The group discussed their upcoming meeting with the Timberland Regional Library trustees.
Zora DeGrandpre joined at 9:19 a.m.
The group discussed a property along Yellowjacket Creek on Cispus Road that floods. Erik Martin said he
would contact the property owner.
Commissioner Jackson said he would miss the Health update later in the day.
The commissioners discussed their calendars.
Commissioner Stamper discussed inappropriate activities taking place on Goodrich Road.
Commissioner Fund discussed a thank you letter for former Commissioner Joanne Schwartz.
Commissioner Jackson left at 9:40 a.m.
