Danette York discussed her informational meeting with the applicants for the Dangerous Animal
Designation (DAD) board.
Commissioner Jackson joined at 4:05 p.m.
Eric Eisenberg said the code could be revised to include alternates.
Eric noted that it’s a five-member board and that three would create a quorum. He said the DAD board
could set its own rules to address what would take place if four members were in attendance.
The commissioners selected Elsista Ridings, Charles Snipes, Craig Burke, Kevin Nelson and April Hoyt.
Danette said she would draft a resolution to appoint the five individuals to the DAD board.
Meeting adjourned at 4:23 p.m.
