NOH regarding the 2020 Lewis County budget and 2020 levies BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON IN THE MATTER OF: RESOLUTION NO. 19-329 LEWIS COUNTY BUDGET FOR 2020, AND NOTICE OF HEARINGS THEREON WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW Chapter 36.40, there is a need to hold public hearings on the Budget for 2020; and WHEREAS, notice is hereby given the BOCC will meet on Monday, December 2, 2019, on or after 10:00 a.m., at the Lewis County Courthouse for a public hearing at which any taxpayer may appear and be heard for or against any part of the 2020 Budget; and WHEREAS, notice is also given the BOCC will meet on December 2, 2019 to fix the amount of the levies upon property in the county for 2020. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the BOCC will meet on Monday, December 2, 2019, at or after 10:00 a.m. at the Lewis County Courthouse for the purpose of taking public comments on the Lewis County Budget for 2020 and to fix the amount of the levies upon property in the county for 2020.
