Present: Commissioner Fund, Commissioner Jackson, Commissioner Stamper, Erik Martin, Becky Butler,
Steve Walton, Doug Carey, Matt Patana

Steve Walton and Doug Carey said a new juvenile center is the priority project. They said it could be
located on the Law and Justice parking.
They said some KMB options include:
• Purchase area near motor pool to address parking concerns
• Better use of Health building to make room for Community Development offices
• Move GIS, others to Central Shop
• Move Guardian Ad Litem to renovated Star Tavern
• Use roll-up door units to isolate the basement floor so meetings can be held there
• Move Public Works, GIS, 911 to Napavine site
• Move animal shelter to Kresky or Kirkland Road or possibly rebuild it on its existing site
