Marc Wheeler said Legal Aid is disbanding and cannot pay or perform under its lease agreement with
Lewis County.
He said is requesting use of the space in December to allow for clean-up of the facilities.
Jonathan Meyer noted that there had been a period of time during which there had not been insurance.
He suggested limiting the access to December only and to indicate that Legal Aid will not be open and
operating at that time.
Commissioner Fund and Commissioner Jackson directed Jonathan to draft a hold harmless agreement
regarding the December use of the facility.
