Olga Miller noted that if the Republican Party’s Central Committee did not propose three names, the vacancy would just remain unfilled until Commissioner Stamper returned Jan. 1. Olga and Eric left at 9:21 a.m. Commissioner Fund said she would like the county to sign an upcoming joint letter in support of the SR 504 / Highway 12 proposal. Commissioner Fund discussed Timberland Regional Library’s decision to forgo its proposed closures. She noted, however, that there are rumors that TRL may leave Winlock unstaffed. CJ Neer joined at 9:26 a.m. The group discussed the upcoming Road Map to Washington’s Future workshop. Erik Martin said he would reach out to the coordinator. The commissioners discussed their memberships. They agreed to renew the county’s NACO membership. Commissioner fund said she would reach out to the Chamber regarding the county’s membership, which is not being renewed. Lee Napier joined at 9:43 a.m. The group discussed calendars. Meeting ended at 9:44 a.m.
