Becky Butler, Scott Tinney, Josh Metcalf (8:23 a.m.), Commissioner Stamper (8:35 a.m.)

Erik Martin said the Strategic Planning Advisory Committee is working with Tanner to develop a
questionnaire.
The group discussed how best to reach the citizens of Lewis County. Erik noted that the advisory group
plans to perform outreach to and within the communities.
Scott Tinney discussed his concerns with the electeds’ lack of participation.
Josh Metcalf joined at 8:23 a.m.
The group discussed previous strategic plans.
Commissioner Stamper joined at 8:35 a.m.
Commissioner Fund left at 8:37 a.m.
The group discussed recruitment and retention concerns.
Sherri Guenther suggested having the commissioners review the individual electeds’ and directors’
strategic plans.
Scott Tinney made a motion to approve the September 2019 minutes. Commissioner Jackson seconded.
Motion passed.
