Approve contract Amendment A with Housing Resource Center BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF: RESOLUTION NO 19-391
APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT A BETWEEN
LEWIS COUNTY AND HOUSING RESOURCE CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) of Lewis County, Washington,
has reviewed contract amendment A between Lewis County and Housing Resource
Center, #H02-0066-19-A, and
WHEREAS, additional funding is available in the amount of $220,567 16 for a total of
$441,134 32 to provide essential needs, case management, and rapid rehousing
services to those who are literally or at imminent risk of homelessness in Lewis County;
and
WHEREAS, the agreement will be extended through June 30, 2020, and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of
said contract for Lewis County
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that amendment #A between Lewis County and
Housing Resource Center adding $220,567 for a total of $441,134 32 effective through
June 30, 2020, is hereby approved and the Director of Public Health & Social Services is
authorized to sign the same
