Approve contract Amendment A with Community Action Council of Lewis, Mason and Thurston Counties BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF: 1 RESOLUTION NO 19-392
APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT A BETWEEN
LEWIS COUNTY AND COMMUNITY ACTION COUNCIL
OF LEWIS, MASON, AND THURSTON COUNTIES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), of Lewis County, Washington,
has reviewed amendment #C06-0056-19-A between Lewis County and Community
Action Council of Lewis, Mason, & Thurston Counties, and
WHEREAS, additional funding of $64,887 from Document Recording Fee funds (2163)
will be added to provide targeted services to homeless and at-risk persons in Lewis
County for a total of $194,661, and
WHEREAS, this contract shall be extended through June 30, 2020, and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of
said contract for Lewis County
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that contract amendment #C06-0056-19-A -
between Lewis County and Community Action Council of Lewis, Mason, & Thurston
Counties for $64,887 and extended from January 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020, is
hereby approved and the Director of Public Health & Social Services is authorized to
sign the same

TOTAL $ 64,887.00
All other terms and conditions of the original contract and any subsequent amendments hereto
remain in full force and effect. The parties signing below represent they have read and
understand this amendment, and have the authority to execute this amendment.
