Reappoint Ron Averill, Candace Hallom and Bonnie Lynn Brown to Board of Directors of PFD BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF: RESOLUTION NO 19-397
RE-APPOINTMENT OF RON AVERILL, CANDACE
HALLOM, AND BONNIE LYNN BROWN TO THE BOARD
OF DIRECTORS OF THE PUBLIC FACILITIES DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Public Facilities District was created pursuant to RCW
36 100 and RCW 82 14.390 by Resolution 07-247, and
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Commissioners appointed the initial Board of Directors for
the Lewis County Public Facilities District by resolution 07-248, dated August 13, 2007 ,
and
WHEREAS, Ron Averill and Candace Hallom were appointed by resolution 15-364,
dated December 14, 2015, for a term ending December 1, 2019, and
WHEREAS, Bonnie Lynn Brown was appointed by resolution 19-098, dated April 8,
2019, for a term ending October 1, 2019, and
WHEREAS, Ron Averill, Candace Hallom, and Bonnie Lynn Brown have indicated a
desire and willingness to serve on said Board
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the BOCC hereby appoints Ron Averill,
Candace Hallom, and Bonnie Lynn Brown to the PFD Board of Directors for a term
ending August 13, 2022
