Erik Martin said he is meeting with TCOMM about the possibility of a feasibility study.
Personnel – executive session under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)
At 11:08 a.m., Commissioner Jackson announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 20 minutes to discuss personnel arbitration.
At 11:28 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 5 minutes.
Executive Session ended at 11:33 a.m. Commissioner Jackson noted that no decisions had been made.
Risk Management
Erik said he would like to meet with the commissioners regarding his plan regarding a reorganization
linked to Risk Management the following week.
Calendars
Commissioner Jackson noted all three commissioners would be gone the week of Nov. 18, leaving after
the Nov. 18 Business Meeting. The group discussed canceling the ESC meeting for that week and
possibly rescheduling the Nov. 20 Directors’ Update for Nov. 18. The group discussed updating the
calendar for the entire week.
