Bill Fashing stated he is working on updates to an interlocal agreement for Regional Transportation
Planning Organization (RTPO). The previous agreement does not include Lewis County. Bill is not sure
when Lewis County was added to the RTPO and has no documentation showing Lewis County was
included. The RTPO needs to move forward with the update to the interlocal to help clear this up.
CWCOG is working with the RTPO Board on updating the interlocal. Bill went over some of the updates
to the Interlocal agreement.
Bill stated he is meeting with his attorney on Friday regarding the interlocal and they may have a few
minor edits. He will send a new version of the interlocal agreement once he gets it finalized. Bill stated
he is still trying to work out the process. He would like to try to get this out to all the stakeholders in
January and ask for consideration in February or March.
