Todd Chaput said he is resigning from the PFD but is willing to
stay on until March or so.
Todd said the PFD cannot move forward on work on the
second floor until the elevator is complete.
Todd said the PFD is going to hire a project manager – instead
of a general contractor – and then contract out for services. He
said the PFD will save thousands of dollars by not using a
general contractor.
Todd said the PFD is working on plans to possibly turf all of the fields at the complex.
Meeting adjourned at 2:50 p.m.
