At 1:04 p.m., Commissioner Jackson announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 10 minutes to discuss pending litigation regarding surety bonds.
Commissioner Fund joined in person at 1:09 p.m.
Executive Session ended at 1:14 p.m. Commissioner Jackson noted that no decisions had been made.
