At 3:45 p.m., the Board went into Executive Session for 15 minutes under RCW 42.30.110 to discuss
pending litigation.
Executive Session ended at 4 p.m.
Commissioner Fund made a motion to grant the Prosecuting Attorney authorization to approve, on
behalf of Lewis County, a settlement of the Khvoroff litigation regarding Vic Khvoroff and the State of
Washington.
Commissioner Jackson seconded the motion.
Motion passed 3-0.
