The group talked about the BOCC’s calendar.
Commissioner Jackson and Commissioner Fund discussed an upcoming meeting with the publisher and
the editor of The Chronicle. Commissioner Jackson said he would attend the meeting.
The commissioners reviewed their calendars for the following week.
Commissioner Jackson said he wants to be consulted before meetings are scheduled. He also reiterated
that he does not think it is a good idea to meet with The Chronicle.
Commissioner Fund said she envisions the meeting as a way to set the record straight with the new
board.
