Risk Pool Decision:
• David and Glenn will be attending the 2017 conference in March
• Jonathan requests that our office be a party to all agreements with outside counsel
Fill vacant Felony DPA:
• Lewis County has had 3 homicides
• Felony cases are getting large and need additional attorney to spread out workload
2016 contracts for Guild & Union Staff:
• County never settled the 2016 contracts
• Jon is asking for a 1 time stipend to be dispersed to settle the 2016 contracts
• Attorneys on the county defense contract

but was unable to locate the BOCC’s minutes of this meeting. Therefore, Rieva saved the notes taken by
