2017-02-01 Meeting with ArchieMisc. Meeting following Directors’ Update

Present: Commissioner Stamper and Commissioner Jackson, Archie Smith, Erik Martin, and Becky Butler
Archie Smith discussed a recommended offer for officers: negotiation of 2.5 percent for 2017, 1 percent
for 2018, and 1 percent for 2019. Commissioner Stamper and Jackson agreed with Archie to make the
offer.
Archie and Becky left the meeting at 10:45 am.
Erik Martin discussed an upcoming meeting with the County Road Administration Board (CRAB).
Erik left the meeting at 11:00 a.m.
Aaron Kunkler joined the meeting at 11:00 a.m. and asked the commissioners for their thoughts about
the previous night’s fair meeting.
Aaron left the meeting at 11:06 a.m.
Commissioner Jackson talked about strategic planning and communication within the BOCC office. He
discussed using the next wrap-up meeting to make sure each commissioner is on the same page.
