Commissioner Fund and Commissioner Jackson discussed the feasibility seeking legal counsel from
Glenn Carter regarding a recent funding request.
Glenn said he would discuss the matter with Jonathan Meyer and report back to the commissioners.
The group discussed the Cowlitz River subzone district.
Glenn said that in 2011 or 2013, the county abolished the existing flood control zone district and created
one for the Chehalis River. He said he didn’t believe one was created for the Cowlitz River.
Rieva Lester asked about the feasibility of uploading all resolutions to the county website. Glenn said he
doesn’t foresee any legal trouble linked to that.
Commissioner Stamper joined the meeting at 10:58 a.m.
The group resumed discussions about the Chehalis River subzone district.
Glenn Carter left the meeting at 11:03 a.m.
Commissioner Jackson asked if there is a contingency plan for the Senior Transition Team. The group
discussed monitoring the group’s progress throughout the year.
