Meeting time- 9:30 a.m.
Discussion about Twin Transit future possibilities. Commissioner Jackson said he wants to work
cohesively with Twin Transit and Commissioner Stamper. Rob outlined a possible expansion in
relation to bus service in the east end of Lewis County. Rob also added that a good portion of the
population of the county do their household shopping with in the Centralia/Chehalis area but live
outside the service area of Twin Transit therefor, they are paying for a service which they are
unable to use. He also added they will be putting together an RFP to bring before the Twin
Transit Board.
Commissioner Jackson also added he does not want to leave Pe Ell out of the discussion.
Commissioner Jackson asked how it would affect larger businesses like Ritchie Brothers. Rob
discussed the history of the project and group dynamic up to this point.
