Discussion about Mr. Brian Cortland’s complaints regarding possible ethical violations. Paulette
asked the Commissioners what direction they would like her to take with the complaints. After a
brief discussion, it was decided that Paulette would forward the complaints to the Risk Pool and
see if they had any insight as to what we could do as far as the complaints Mr. Cortland is
making.
