The group discussed union negotiations regarding employees in Juvenile.
Commissioner Fund left the meeting at 4:56 p.m.
Rieva Lester joined the meeting at 4:56 p.m. Rachel Hunt left the meeting at 4:56 p.m.
Commissioner Fund returned at 5 p.m.
Daleyn Coleman joined the meeting at 5:05 p.m.
The group discussed meeting with Shad on March 1.
Commissioner Stamper left at 5:18 p.m.
Commissioner Jackson discussed holding the line on negotiations.
Commissioner Stamper returned at 5:21 p.m.
Commissioner Stamper said he would call Judge Lawler in the morning. Archie said he would contact
Shad.
Archie and Daleyn Coleman left at 5:30 p.m.
At 5:31 p.m., Commissioner Stamper called Judge Lawler and spoke for 2 minutes.
The commissioners discussed the cancelled Special Meeting regarding the Napavine City Council.
The commissioners then discussed a resolution that was proposed in 2016 regarding collective
bargaining.
Commissioner Fund left at 5:46 p.m. and returned at 5:47 p.m.
Commissioner Jackson made a motion to appoint Kendra Meek to the Fair Advisory Board.
Commissioner Fund seconded the motion.
Motion passed 3-0.
