Commissioner Fund said the city has requested a hand in the Napavine appointee interview process.
Commissioner Jackson left at 3:28 p.m.
Deana Horton joined the meeting by phone at 3:28 p.m. She said state transportation officials would like
to attend the March 3 meeting in Mossyrock to discuss the I-5 overpass at Chamber Way. She left at
3:30 p.m.
Commissioner Jackson returned at 3:31 p.m.
The group discussed holding the Special Meeting at Bethel Church, which will not charge for the use of
its facilities.
Commissioner Jackson left at 3:43 p.m.
At 3:43 p.m., Commissioner Fund called and left a message for Jonathan Meyer.
At 3:45 p.m., Glenn Carter joined the meeting by phone.
Commissioner Jackson returned at 3:53 p.m.
Glenn left the meeting at 3:55 p.m.
Kim Amrine joined the meeting by phone at 3:56 p.m.
The group discussed public disclosures.
Commissioner Jackson left at 3:59 p.m.
Kim left the meeting at 4:10 p.m.

Rachel Hunt joined the meeting at 4:15 p.m. and left at 4:17 p.m.
Commissioner Jackson returned at 4:22 p.m.
Erik Martin joined the meeting at 4:22 p.m.
The group discussed John Smith’s Cousins Road property.
Commissioner Jackson said he had met with John Smith and that Mr. Smith has indicated he does not
want to sell.
The commissioners directed Erik to abandon eminent domain discussions. Commissioner Jackson said he
would talk to Mr. Smith on Friday.
Commissioner Fund discussed a Wigley Road property.
Commissioner Fund left at 4:43 p.m.
