Carma Oaksmith said Fiscal has some upcoming audits / reviews. She said a bi-annual housing audit also
is on the horizon. She said the Homeland Security Grant audit also takes place soon.
The group discussed reserving a potential site for the finance system for roughly 1.5 years.
The group talked about creating a meeting-room app similar to Fleet vehicles.
Becky Butler discussed a request regarding hours in the Assessor’s Office.
Becky discussed the Indigent Defense voucher process. She said she would like to have the Court office
staff prepare the vouchers, rather than having her act as the “middle man.”
Becky discussed an upcoming meeting regarding Tracey Mitchell’s salary.
Becky said sales tax has increased over 2016.
She gave a preview of an upcoming LTAC meeting.
Becky asked if there will be a timeline for ESC to work on Strategic Planning.
