Lee Napier said she had met March 10 with Ralph Hubbert regarding the Jester project. She said the
public comment period for the Hearing Examiner’s decision already passed.
Lee discussed the septic for the project, which was turned in Wednesday. She said the septic was
designed on the adjacent parcel, which is under Reggie’s ownership. Lee said Reggie is refusing to allow
it on his property.
Commissioner Jackson left the meeting at 11:14 a.m.
Lee said the permit is to add to an existing structure.
The group continued to discussed the proposed project.
Lee left the meeting at 11:25 a.m.
Commissioners Stamper and Fund discussed dock permits.
At 11:28 a.m., the meeting was recessed until 3 p.m.
