Benefits
• Status of 2017 wages and benefits. Part of union discussion. BOCC advised HR to look at
alternative numbers.

• Update on proposals
o AFSCME – and BOCC members.
o Supervisors – mediation
o JV Detention 7K Schedule – moving to mediation.
o All contracts require ratification – No discussion
o Corrections – discussion with Undersheriff.
o PA – status of discussion.

Policy
• Travel Policy – no discussion
• Affirmative Action – will pass on the 27th. Might be a good idea to hire an EEO attorney to
review for the next update.
Training
• Would like new tables, pull down screen, and projector for training room. Will contact
Facilities and see if any exist in surplus.
