Handlen, Steve Wohld, Becky Butler, Steve Walton, Carma Oaksmith, Archie Smith, Paulette Young,
Sheila Gray, Becky Butler, and Steve Mansfield.

The BOCC reviewed the BOCC Directors Update Agenda.
Commissioner Jackson made a motion to move two (2) Notice items, six (6) Consent items, and one (1)
Hearing to the Monday, March 27, BOCC agenda.
Commissioner Fund seconded the motion.
Motion passed 3-0.
Roundtable
Erik Martin has a meeting with all of the local car dealerships in the community. The purpose of the
meeting is to start to partner with them and explain to them the different ways that we could purchase
vehicles from them.
Paulette stated she will be back in April but is waiting to see how many applications they received for
the PDR position. They have received four applications. Cheryl Millman has been very valuable over the
last few weeks. She also recognized Matt Trent for the work he has done to assist her.
Meja stated the remodel is going great. Social Services has received grant funding for restarting a
smoking prevention program.
Steve Wohld stated they are working on PDR’s. He discussed information for the finance system.
Becky stated the fund balance is the lowest it has been in a very long time. Asking people to be
conservative.
Steve Mansfield thanked all for their support. He is also looking into restricting the 3rd floor for public
access.
Commissioner Stamper left the meeting at 9:55 a.m.
Steve Mansfield discussed the Fire Commissioner meeting.
Steve Walton stated yesterday they had visitors for the State Homeland Security and it went well.
Steve Walton discussed the Finance System training and explained that imports of users to participate in
the training.
Archie Smith shared his appreciation of Kim Amrine for all her work with Public Disclosures.
Directors left the meeting.
Archie Smith and Becky Butler met with the BOCC.
The group discussed pay increase for the Court Commissioner position.
Archie and Becky left at 10:30 am.
Paulette Young returned at 10:30 am.
Paulette Young discussed the Prosecutor’s meeting yesterday. Paulette noted that it would be a very
good thing to bring in another attorney to help transition and to assist with Public Disclosures.
