The group discussed the sports complex proposal. Candy Hallom, a Public Facilities District (PFD) board
member, discussed the recent PFD meeting.
The group discussed the fact that the building construction is not yet complete. Candy said she would
prefer to see them finish the main project before the group takes on a new project.
Commissioner Fund asked for a copy of the contract regarding the sports complex.
The group discussed the rules and regulations surrounding the PFD.
Daleyn Coleman joined the meeting at 4:24 p.m.
