Commissioner Stamper and Fund expressed some reluctance over the topic.
Commissioner Jackson asked if this is just prolonging the topic.
Becky Butler joined the meeting at 3:44 p.m.
Becky Butler outlined concerns over the current plan from an outside perspective.
Archie explained the concept utilizing the white board in the board room.
Commissioner Fund stepped out of the meeting at 3:58 p.m. and reentered at 4:15 p.m.
Discussion continued in regards to proposed salary changes.
Commissioner Jackson suggested to revisit the topic at a later date.
Meeting adjourned at 4:31 p.m.
