Present: Commissioner Stamper, Commissioner Fund, Commissioner Jackson, Steve Mansfield, Candy

Steve Mansfield discussed safety concerns. He discussed the need to coordinate with Risk, and he talked
about using cameras, and he discussed the need for card readers. The group discussed possibly installing
more cameras.
The commissioners said they would support replacing the office’s frosted glass door with a clear glass
one.
Rieva Lester said she would contact facilities about replacing the BOCC’s glass door.
The commissioners discussed creating a point of contact for various issues.
The group discussed having a citizen meet with their commissioner first before scheduling a meeting
with all three commissioners.
The commissioners said Candy Hallom and Rieva can swap duties for the Monday BOCC meetings.
BOCC discussed procedure for posting on Facebook. Candy will work on a procedure/policy.
