PERSONNEL
• One payroll person has taken a job elsewhere. The job will be posted within the union group
first.
BUDGET
• Becky Butler discussed the Risk rates.
• Paulette further outlined the rates which are listed on the table.
Conference called ended a 3:32 p.m.
Becky said the rate memo will be going out to department heads this Friday.
TOURISM GRANT
• Candy will be handling the invoices.
DISTRESSED COUNTIES
• Becky Butler gave an overview outlining how the County spent the money in 2016.
UNFUNDED MANDATES
• Have a working DRAFT, departments and offices are currently working on listing mandates.
Commissioner Fund asked if it would be okay to send to Senator Braun.
OFFICE SPACE TRANSITION
• Possibility of using part of the Twin City Senior Center for office space.
Commissioner Fund mentioned a conversation with the Sheriff’s Office about having correctional officer
vacancies in the jail and the budget implications.
Justyna Thomas asked a question about the budget.
