Eric Eisenberg said a Public Disclosure Request has been filed regarding Hank / Tank. He asked if the
BOCC would waive privilege and release the report given to the detective.
All three commissioners supported releasing the information.
At 1:16 p.m., Commissioner Stamper announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 1 hour to discuss pending litigation.
Executive Session ended at 2:16 p.m. No decisions were made.
Commissioner Fund left at 2:17 p.m. Commissioner Jackson left at 2:29 p.m.
Commissioner Fund returned at 2:29 p.m.
Commissioner Jackson returned at 2:31 p.m.
At 2:32 p.m., Commissioner Stamper announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 1 hour to discuss pending litigation.
Executive Session ended at 3:32 p.m. No decisions were made.
The commissioners took a short break and returned at 3:39 p.m.
At 3:41 p.m., Commissioner Stamper announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 1 hour to discuss pending litigation.
Commissioner Fund left at 4:39 p.m. and returned at 4:40 p.m.
Executive Session ended at 4:41 p.m. No decisions were made.
At 4:42 p.m., Commissioner Stamper announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 20 minutes to discuss pending litigation.
Commissioner Stamper left the meeting at 4:58 p.m. and returned at 5 p.m.
Executive Session ended at 5:02 p.m. No decisions were made.
