Rieva Lester asked for permission to order Adobe software for fill-out forms. The commissioners
approved.
Commissioner Jackson and Steve Wohld discussed software for recordings.
Glenn Carter left at 9:16 a.m.
Lee Napier discussed correspondence from Dianne Dorey.
Lee said the Assessor’s Office relies on data that is transferred from Community Development. She said
Steve Wohld met with Dianne and Lee to find a solution and that an interim fix was implemented and
then followed up with a permanent fix that was implemented in mid-May.
Lee said she would draft a response.
Glenn returned at 9:32 a.m.
The group discussed the rules surrounding surplus vs. donations.
