At 10:20 a.m., Commissioner Stamper announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 30 (thirty) minutes to discuss pending litigation.
At 10:50 a.m., Commissioner Stamper extended Executive Session for 10 (ten) minutes.
Executive Session ended at 11 a.m.
The open meeting resumed with all three commissioners, Glenn Carter, Eric Eisenberg, David Fine,
Justyna Tomtas, Daleyn Coleman, Sharyn Decker, and Archie Smith in attendance.
Commissioner Jackson made a motion to move a notice item regarding Lewis County Code 6.05.155 to
the June 5, 2017, agenda, adding a new section to the dangerous animal code and removing section 10,
fixing typos in the draft, and setting a hearing for the Ordinance revision. Commissioner Fund seconded
the motion.
Motion passed 3-0.
Commissioner Fund made a motion to reject the $250,000 offer submitted by Brian Cortland and Brian
Green. Commissioner Jackson seconded the motion.
Motion passed 3-0.
Commissioner Fund made a motion to approve payment for a Green vs. Lewis County transcript.
Commissioner Jackson seconded the motion.
Motion passed 3-0.
