Commissioner Fund made a motion to approve the purchase of six vehicles for the Sheriff’s Office, with no more than one vehicle to be purchased with existing Equipment Rental and Revolving (ER&R) funds. Commissioner Jackson seconded the motion. Motion passed 3-0. The commissioners said they would like to draft a letter of support a letter of support for the Naloxone WREMS grant. Erik Martin joined the meeting at 9:29 a.m. The commissioners discussed the upcoming fairs and festivals. CJ Neer said Visit Rainier is requesting other entities to add funding for Visit Rainier in their LTAC applications. Commissioner Stamper said he would attend signature training for the Canvassing Board. Commissioner Jackson said he would go if Commissioner Stamper cannot. Lee Napier joined at 9:40 a.m. Commissioner Fund gave a recap of the recent .09 funding decisions. Commissioner Fund discussed a $900,000 Fisheries culvert project on Pigeon Springs Road. Commissioner Stamper left at 9:50 a.m. Meeting ended at 9:54 a.m.
