Eric Eisenberg said Kevin Nelson, a former Lewis County DPA, has asked for a couple of memos regarding
properties he wrote while at Lewis County. He said the documents are attorney-client privilege.
Arny Davis, Larry Grove, Suzette Smith, Rodney Reynolds, and Becky Butler joined at 1:29 p.m.
Eric said he could see no downside to releasing the documents, aside from potentially setting a
precedent.
Commissioner Fund and Commissioner Jackson said the documents could be relased.
