1. The BOCC went in Executive Session under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i): Re: The Propp-
Estimo tort claim @ 3:09 p.m. for 30 minutes
The BOCC came out of Executive at 3:29 p.m.
No decisions were made and John Justice exited the phone conference
The BOCC and Paulette waited until 3:39 p.m. to continue with the rest of the
update.
2. PDR Point Person – Discussion on who would be the PDR point person for the BOCC.
No decisions have been made yet. Edna asked about the open PDR manager
position and Paulette answered with a timeline of when interviews should be taking
place.
3. Other – Discussion on the use of a fleet vehicle while Paulette is in town next
month. Paulette may need to use a fleet vehicle during the day, to attend to county
business. It isn’t her plan to use any county vehicle for after hours or personal use.
