At 11:02 a.m., Commissioner Stamper announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 20 minutes to discuss pending litigation.
At 11:22 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 5 minutes.
Executive Session ended at 11:27 a.m.
Paulette and John left at 11:27 a.m.
Paulette rejoined at 11:32 a.m.
Commissioner Fund made a motion to revert Hank / Tank’s ownership to the original owner since the
adoption was made in error.
Commissioner Jackson seconded the motion.
Jonathan Meyer discussed the logistics of the 30-day and 10-day deadlines.
Motion passed 3-0.
Jonathan said he would speak with John Justice.
