She said the hearing may have to be postponed. Erik Martin and Tim Mixer discussed a resolution to declare certain vehicles as surplus county property and notice of intent to sell. Tim said the auction will be held July 26, 2017. Graham Gowing discussed a resolution to submit a grant to install an Automated Weather Observing Station (AWOS) at the Packwood Airport. He said the estimated cost is $166,666, with 90 percent paid by the FAA, 5 percent paid by the county, and 5 percent paid by the state DOT. Graham Gowing discussed a resolution to submit a grant to construct various site improvements at the Ed Carlson Memorial-South Lewis County Airport. He said FAA pays 90 percent, while the county and the state DOT each pay 5 percent. He said the estimated cost is roughly $3 million. PULLED: A resolution to approve Amendment #1 to Interagency Agreement RCO #17-1164 between the Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office (RCO) and Lewis County. Matt Jaeger joined the meeting at 9:22 a.m. Erik Martin discussed a resolution to vacate a portion of the Workman Road Extension. Commissioner Fund, Commissioner Stamper, and Commissioner Jackson discussed a resolution to approve a grant agreement between Lewis County and Lewis County Water District #1 to accept funding from RCW 82.14.370 "Distressed Counties Fund" for public facilities serving economic development. Rieva Lester said the resolution may have to be put on hold. Doug Carey discussed a Hearing for the 2nd 2017 Budget Amendment for Current Expense and Other Funds. Commissioner Fund made a motion to move two (2) Notices, two (2) Consent items, five (5) Deliberation items, and one (1) Hearing to the Monday BOCC agenda. Commissioner Jackson seconded the motion. Motion passed 3-0. Roundtable Erik Martin said he will be out of the office July 7 through July 12. Danette York said the state Department of Health’s internet is down. Matt Trent said a server will have to be rebooted July 6. Doug Carey said ballot boxes have arrived. Meeting ended at 9:49 a.m.
