At 4:03 p.m. Commissioner Stamper announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 20 minutes to discuss pending litigation.
At 4:23 p.m. Commissioner Stamper extended the Executive Session for 10 minutes.
At 4:33 p.m. Commissioner Stamper extended the Executive Session for 5 minutes.
Executive Session ended at 4:38 p.m.
