PULLED: Notice of Hearing to Establish a Fee Schedule For Records Released Under the Public Records
Act.
PULLED: Approving a grant agreement between Lewis County and the Lewis EDC to accept funding from
RCW 82.14.370 "Distressed Counties Fund" for public facilities serving economic development.
Bill Wamsley discussed a resolution to approve Stewardship Agreement No.17-SA-11060300-020 with
the USDA Forest Service, Gifford Pinchot National Forest, for noxious weed management.
Lee Napier discussed a resolution to approve Amendment #1 to Interagency Agreement RCO #17-1164
with the Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office (RCO).
Larry Unzelman discussed a call for bids for the proposed sale of county-owned property at 2126 Lincoln
Creek Road in Centralia.
Larry Unzelman discussed a resolution to approve an interlocal agreement with the City of Winlock
regarding work by county crews.
Commissioner Fund made a motion to move one (1) Notice, two (2) Consent items, and three (3)
Deliberation items to the Monday, July 17, BOCC agenda.
Commissioner Jackson seconded the motion.
Motion passed 3-0.
Roundtable
Steve Mansfield discussed a countywide notification process. He said the Guild is coming on board in
911.
Lee Napier discussed a recent meeting with a young woman who was positively influenced by Steve
Mansfield.

Larry Unzelman gave an update on Public Works projects.
Danette York said Public Health & Social Services are working on grants.
Paulette Young said four will be interviewed for the PDR manager position. She said discussions are
taking place regarding payment procedures for PDRs.
Steve Wohld said IT has been working on system updates, including cache-clearing software.
Becky Butler said budget worksheets have gone out. She said to make sure formulas don’t get changed.
Steve Walton said there has been talk about having a county booth at the fair. He said Munis training
will focus more on user training at the end of the month.
Daleyn Coleman said Red Cross will be on site on Aug. 3. She discussed Public Sector regarding
personnel authorization forms (PAF) and the scoring used to determine pay for various positions. She
said negotiations are going well.
Commissioner Jackson gave an update regarding state work on ESINet and the regionalization of PSAP
services. Commissioner Jackson said he has been told Lewis County will be a “primary,” which means it
would receive full funding.
