Steve Walton discussed personnel rate of pay details for employees at facilities.
Steve discussed with the Commissioners about his plans for the fiscal department. Steve mentioned he
has talked with two current employees about being an interim office manager.
The group discussed how Munis program could impact the fiscal department.
The group took a break from 3:21-3:46 p.m.
Tamara Hayes and Pat Slusher joined the meeting.
Commissioner Jackson stepped out of the meeting at 3:49 p.m. and rejoined at 3:50 p.m.
Steve Walton updated the Commissioners on the city law repeater site.
The group discussed the Health Building remodel. Steve said they are near project completion.
Capital Facilities- Commissioner Stamper made a motion to approve the purchase of election software.
Commissioner Jackson seconded the motion. Motion carried 2-0.
Commissioner Jackson made a motion to authorize the use of REET funds for the 5% match for airport
improvements. Commissioner Stamper seconded the motion. Motion carried 2-0.
Commissioner Jackson made a motion to approve the machine purchase for the Jail out of Fund 310.
Commissioner Stamper seconded the motion. Motion carried 2-0.
Tamara and Pat discussed details about the fair.
Pat gave an update on specific events going on during fair week.
Commissioner Stamper ended the phone call at 4:11 p.m.
