Commissioner Fund made a motion to move a resolution to tighten outdoor burn restrictions to the
BOCC’s Aug. 7 Business Meeting agenda.
Commissioner Stamper seconded the motion.
Motion passed 2-0.
At 9:10 a.m., Commissioner Stamper said the board was holding private union discussions.
Commissioner Stamper and Commissioner Fund said they would revisit the judges’ salary request
another day.
Archie Smith left at 9:40 a.m.
Commissioner Fund discussed the Chehalis Basin Board meeting. She said the China Creek bid was
dramatically higher than anticipated.
Commissioner Stamper discussed the Blue Ribbon Task Force.
Erik Martin joined at 9:47 a.m.
Susan DeLaire joined at 9:52 a.m.
Commissioner Stamper discussed the beacon at the Packwood Airport.
