CLOSING COLUMBIA BANK PETTY CASH FUND
ENDING IN 0913 CREATED BY RESOLUTION 99-304
FOR $500.00
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) created a petty cash fund for
Public Works in the amount of $500 00 by Resolution 99-304, and
WHEREAS, after reviewing the petty cash fund, Public Works has determined it no
longer needs this petty cash fund
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the BOCC has determined there is no longer a
need for Columbia Bank petty cash fund ending in 0913 and the account will be closed
DONE IN OPEN SESSION this 27th day of January, 2020.
