Updates and Actions: 1. Budget and Fee Schedule Lee discussed how single family dwelling unit valuation is currently
calculated and presented the Commissioners with a contractors vs.
industry standard of valuation. Lewis County is considerably lower in its valuation determination. Commissioner Stamper noted contractor/builder valuations can differ. Becky indicated the County must recover costs. Lee has contacted contractors about valuation and will continue to do so.
The commissioners would like a follow up meeting next week.
