phone), Casey Mauermann, Rachel Hunt, Becky Butler, Archie Smith (3:32 p.m.)

Becky Butler said a letter or memo needs to be drafted indicating Rachel Hunt will become half time
between the two offices beginning Oct. 9.
Paulette Young said she is working on a task list.
Archie Smith joined the meeting at 3:32 p.m.
Paulette suggested creating a defined schedule.
Rieva Lester suggested perhaps a 6-6-4-2-2 / 2-2-4-6-6 weekly schedule.
Becky suggested mapping out the calendars for the remainder of the year. She said having vacation
schedules and BOE schedules for the remainder of the year could help with determining Rachel’s hours.
Becky said there is funding in 505 in Risk for the position.
Archie said he would draft a PAF.
Paulette and Archie left at 3:46 p.m.
Bob Guenther discussed Kalama Chemical’s plans for its lagoon. He said he is worried about nitrate
plume.
