At 9:05 a.m., Commissioner Stamper announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 20 minutes to discuss pending litigation.
Executive Session ended at 9:25 a.m.
Commissioner Jackson made a motion to accept the advice of counsel with respect to negotiation in
the Hank/Tank case.
Commissioner Fund seconded the motion.
Motion passed 3-0.
Jonathan Meyer, Glenn Carter, David Fine, Janelle Kambich, Paulette Young and John Justice left the
meeting at 9:28 a.m.
Rachel Hunt and Candy Hallom joined the meeting at 9:29 a.m.
The group discussed the commissioners’ calendars.
The group discussed office coverage when Rachel Hunt moves to part-time.
Commissioner Fund requested a wrap-up meeting for Wednesday following the Directors’ Update.
The group discussed topics for the wrap-up.
Candy discussed a memo sent over from the Assessor’s Office with the BOCC.
Candy Hallom left the meeting at 9:58 a.m.
