Commissioner Fund discussed items for the Legislative Roundtable agenda.
Candy Hallom discussed the office’s US Bank card and asked for solutions for other departments using
the card. She said HR uses the card, and Facebook job postings get charged for the card. She said
tracking down the documents for those charges are making the BOCC payments late. She suggested
having HR get its own card.

The group discussed the benefits of having HR get its own card.

The commissioners said to have HR add US Bank cards to its next update agenda.

Commissioner Fund said she would like to earmark $600 from the 2018 budget for American Forest
Resource Council (AFRC) membership.
