Lee Napier discussed the history and background of the Beaver Glen property. She discussed the options
the owners were presented with.
Lee said the property owners have the following options:
• Two cluster short plat applications of four lots each
• Two cluster subdivisions of 5 lots each
• One cluster subdivision of 9 lots
• One Large Lot Subdivision of 8 lots of 5 acres each
• Two Large Lot Subdivision applications of 4 lots of 5 acres each
• Two Simple Segregation applications of 4 lots of 5 acres each
Eric Eisenberg said the property owners have been given the options numerous times over the years.
Commissioner Stamper said he’d like to have a meeting with the property owners.
Eric discussed the board’s role as the ultimate decision-maker on long plats and the need to disclose any
meetings with the property owners if the project required a long-plat hearing.
The group discussed having one commissioner meet with the property owners.

The group decided to have Commissioner Stamper meet with Lee, Eric, and the property owners.
