Dan Kay updated the BOCC on what is going on at the PUD.
Discussed the purpose of the Lewis County PUD. The PUD is focusing on people, money, and planning.
Commissioner Fund ask where the PUD stands with the wind turbine projects.
Dan Kay stated the challenge with alternate energy is they are trying to maximize the value of the hydro
energy. For a for-profit, the projects work great but for the PUD they have enough power. There is very
little value to alternate power for the PUD.
The group discussed Pac Mountain Workforce.
